Data Analyst (Mid Level)

Location: Medellin, Antioquia

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Language Requirement: English - B2 level or higher

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence (BI), and related fields. This is a mid-level position suited for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of data models and analytics frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2+).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of data warehousing and pipeline architecture.
