Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and closing sales deals.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls from leads to prequalify.
- Utilize a CRM to get follow up to the costumers.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish language bilingual
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services.
- Perform data entry to record customer information accurately.
- call support for schedule sales visit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus
-CRM experience, no limit.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous (multilingual)
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
- Proficiency in data entry for maintaining accurate records
