As a Data Engineer, you will take the lead in designing and optimizing complex data pipelines, driving automation, and enabling real-time analytics to power data-driven decisions. Youll mentor junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape the future of cloud-based data engineering with hands-on leadership in AWS, SQL, Python, and CI/CD processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advanced SQL Development, Automation, and Analysis

• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance databases.
• Automate and validate intricate data workflows across systems.
• Lead data modeling and optimization for predictive and real-time analytics.
• Execute complex query tuning for enterprise-level performance.

Cloud Computing & Architecture (Azure/AWS)

• Develop and manage secure, scalable cloud data solutions.
• Evaluate and implement best practices in cloud-native architecture.

Data Integration & Python Development

• Create robust ETL/ELT pipelines handling structured and unstructured data.
• Develop frameworks for real-time data streaming and event-driven processing.
• Integrate multiple data sources into a unified ecosystem.

CI/CD for Data Engineering

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for data workflows.
• Automate testing and deployment of data products for optimal reliability.
• Monitor and improve pipeline performance.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices.

Emerging Technology & Innovation

• Collaborate with data scientists on ML and AI integration.
• Explore and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
• Create frameworks for feature engineering and scalable model deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Advanced expertise in SQL development, Python programming, and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD implementation for large-scale systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience mentoring team members and leading projects.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with ML model deployment and LLM applications.
• Advanced certifications in data engineering, Python, or cloud platforms.
