This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage financial processes with speed and accuracy.

• Process and validate invoices with precision and timeliness

• Maintain updated financial ledgers and track transactions across systems

• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Support compliance efforts, including healthcare-specific financial controls

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and audit preparation

• Use tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or NetSuite to manage and analyze financial data

• Keep thorough, well-organized documentation for audits and reporting

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operational support

• Direct, hands-on experience in the healthcare or medical industry (non-negotiable)

• Strong skills in invoice processing, reconciliation, and recordkeeping

• Accuracy and consistency in data entry and documentation

• Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets

• Clear, professional English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)

• Experience working with remote, cross-border teams

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, healthcare billing, or claims management

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
