HR Specialist

solvo Global | Barranquilla, Atlántico | CO

In SOLVO GLOBAL we are looking for a HR Specialist to support recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations and administer compensantion and benefits programs (among other responsabilities).

Location: Barranquilla, Atlántico (SMART OFFICE - Cra 51b # 80-58, Alto prado, Piso 21)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM- 05:00 PM (40 hours)

Salary: To convinience

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

-Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.

-1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

-B2+ English Level

Responsabilities:

-Recruiting and Hiring: Working with hiring managers to identify needs and find suitable candidates.

-Manage Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

-Training and Development: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
