At Good Harbor, a company dedicated to Commercial Real Estate, we are looking for a Leasing and Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our growing leasing team.

Were growing fast and looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized marketing/leasing Assistant to join our team and take charge of keeping our operations and marketing processes clean, consistent, and efficient.
About You
Youre organized, detail-driven, and thrive in a behind-the-scenes role. You enjoy building clean databases, creating reports that make data easy to understand, and keeping files and systems in perfect order. Youre tech-savvy, dependable, and work best in a fast-paced remote environment where your structure and accuracy help keep the whole team moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Database & File Management: Keep internal databases, spreadsheets, and shared folders organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Document Handling: Upload, tag, and maintain key property files (photos, floorplans, lease documents), and draft basic lease amendments using templates.
- Marketing Support: Help organize marketing content, manage outreach lists, and assist with email and social media scheduling.
- Lead & Tour Coordination: Track leads, confirm tours, and maintain up-to-date internal notes and communication logs.
- Inbox & Workflow Management: Monitor shared inboxes, respond to basic inquiries, and keep workflows running smoothly across teams.
Qualifications
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented — you love order and clarity
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data organization.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, file organization
- A fast learner, eager to grow and take on more responsibility over time
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Its a plus if you have experience with real estate, CRMs, market research tools, or platforms like LoopNet, Crexi or auction sites.
