Operations Support Representative

Responsible for supporting the Colombia branch at the administrative operational and commercial level. Specializing in the Military / Government business as well as supporting any new side of the business within Colombia. Responsible for ensuring that prices loaded into the system are set with the correct differentials and rates in all locations in Colombia. Support in inventory related tasks. Truck dispatching - schedule and monitor truck deliveries at various inventory locations. Develop optimal supply mix based on current or new supply options. Administrative support with the creation of quotes required for military and commercial customers. Bulk transaction processing and administration - ensure timely and accurate entry, verification and processing of bulk transactions including payments and receivables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidation, review, and submission for update of prices and rates notified by each of the suppliers, ensuring that the information is correctly updated in the system.
• Analysis of our demand to identify the need for carbon credits to capitalize on the savings opportunity by neutralizing them.
• Consolidation of information from reports sent by suppliers Ecopetrol and Primax, identifying any type of alert in inventories.
• Management of analysis and execution of contracts with military forces (Ejc - Fac - Pnc - Satena). Includes cross-checking of accounts - clarification letters - updating of balances - invoicing control and ticketing - request and follow-up of contractual guarantees.
• Request of differentials to suppliers including the projection of possible contract costs generating an economic cost model of the bidding with military forces, identifying the opportunities to present and the rowc of each location.
• Daily contact with the internal billing department for the support of military and government contracts.
• Responsible for quotations for military and commercial customers. Necessary according to Colombia requirements.
• General coordination and support to the billing department in the daily operation on quotations and ATF.
• Commercial and operational support to internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of post-graduate experience.
• Experience in public tenders and use of the Colombian platform (Secop 2) for bids.
• Experience in office tools.
• Commercial focus.
• Experience in fuel management and knowledge of the Colombian fuel regulatory framework. Knowledge of the price structure managed in Colombia with their respective taxes and fees.
