Project Manager

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key marketing projects and ensuring their smooth execution by coordinating with various teams. This includes managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring all deliverables align with RYZEs goals and standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure all deadlines are met, particularly for manufacturing and campaign timelines.
• Act as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, operations, and customer service teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Facilitate weekly team calls and project check-ins, driving accountability and ensuring progress across all deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track milestones and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement timely solutions to keep initiative on track.
• Provide regular updates and detailed status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee product packaging and inserts to enhance customer experiences.
• Source gifts to support retention efforts and launch new offers.
• Manage new product launch timelines, ensuring successful and timely execution.
• Lead large-scale brands projects aligned with RYZEs mission and vision.

Education and Experience:

• Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing numerous moving parts simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp and Asana.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment with overall objectives while tracking daily tasks.
