Senior ROC Automation Engineer Job Description:
- First point of contact for customer for escalations, issues, and enhancements
- Should have hands on experience in UiPath development (Code Changes, Bug Fixing, Enhancement, Change Request) and Uipath Document Understanding.
- Expert in ITIL framework and support processes. Must have experiences with one ticketing tool such as Jira , Service now ,Zoho, etc.
- Understanding for SDD and PDD documents
- Good to have Team handling experience.
- Experience in working fast-paced environment, shift roster preparation, team mentoring
- Responsible to gather requirements from customer, estimation and execution through enhancement and change management.
- Responsible to mentor juniors and setup methodologies to provide monitoring services to client.
- Level 3/4 support experience in Uipath is must to have. Should have worked in Incident, change and problem management.
- Must have experience with reporting such as weekly and monthly status report, ticket analysis.
- Should have worked in Incident, change and problem management.
- Responsible as a lead to ensure BOTS are running smoothly through monitoring and code fixes.
- Responsible to mentor juniors and setup methodologies to provide monitoring services to client.
- Ready to work in Night shift and Rotational shifts.
