Software Developer III (ROR)

Lone Wolf is looking to hire a Software Developer skilled with constructing web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.

You will serve as a member of our development team supporting the delivery of new and existing web apps for the real estate industry. Your work will focus on developing APIs that are performant, well tested, well documented, and maintainable as well as build a responsive modern frontend in React that uses those REST APIs. This position is in Colombia.

ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, performant code for our current and future web apps

Work with development team to implement new features, develop new products, and address bugs

Work within an Agile environment to plan and deliver work incrementally

Develop high quality maintainable and scalable SaaS solutions in the Ruby on Rails and React technology stack

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other software engineers to deliver key business objectives

Deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and extendable design patterns

Research, design, test, and evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions

Participate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation; support, maintain, and help document software functionality

Identify technical requirements and participate in peer code reviews

Proactively learn product frameworks and code base; continually improve upon existing applications and learn emerging technologies
