Impact on our ecosystem: As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Having at least 4 years of backend development experience (lead role) with proficiency in Java/Kotlin. Working with high concurrency systems. Communicating complex technical issues effectively to technical and business audiences. Experience in agile frameworks. Working in a fully remote team, applying best practices, designing and implementing high-quality software, reviewing change requests, etc. Participating in the entire lifecycle, from idea to deployment, ensuring proper functioning in production. What are the requirements to join this neon universe? At least 4 years of experience as a backend lead and developer. Key experience in Kotlin and Java. Preferably experience with Spring Boot (Kotlin). Experience in microservices architecture and/or distributed systems. Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience using caches (Redis, Memcached). Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). Knowledge of containers (Docker, Compose, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GoCD, Concourse, etc.). Experience working with Kafka. Experience creating and maintaining unit tests.
