Technical Product Manager Location: Colombia Type: Remote Schedule:Monday to Friday. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Contractor Job Description: Were seeking an experienced and driven Product Development Manager to lead the design and execution of international services across the quote-to-cash operational cycle. This is a hands-on position requiring cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Presales, Marketing, and Sales teams, as well as coordination with technical and product teams across global markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of telecom and IT products, especially those related to Connectivity, Cloud, Collaboration, and Cybersecurity. Youll play a vital role in defining product requirements, creating use cases, and managing roadmaps to bring innovative services to market. Key Responsibilities: Product Development

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation including technical requirements, commercial decks, and customer-facing use cases.
• Coordinate and implement product roadmaps with subsidiaries, impacting international operations.
• Define homologation requirements and oversee testing of new services with various platforms and providers.
• Collaborate with global peers to shape and manage an integrated "as-a-Service" strategy across Telecom and IT offerings.
• Contribute to BSS/OSS process enhancements for new and evolving services.

Program Management

• Evaluate program objectives and technical feasibility, identifying internal stakeholders and potential blockers.
• Establish shared objectives, communicate timelines, and ensure proactive client communication.
• Monitor project deliverables, track progress, and provide clear documentation, including project scopes and meeting minutes.
• Offer continuous feedback and coordination with internal teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical product management role focused on Telecom and IT in international markets.
• Technical proficiency in IoT and communication solutions like Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams, and Voice Integration.
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies including SASE, Managed Perimeter Security, MDRs, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing.
• Experienced with Cloud and Connectivity solutions: SD-WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet, and Cloud Connect.
• Demonstrated program management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong communication skills; capable of distilling complex topics into clear, actionable tasks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
