A Viva Global client is looking for a skilled Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team!

We are seeking a highly resourceful and self-sufficient Hubspot Expert with expertise in running marketing campaigns. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our existing database of 60,000+ contacts to identify and prioritize high-value prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong research skills, and the ability to independently analyze and narrow down contacts for targeted outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Hubspot power user or administrator
• Relevant Hubspot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Software)
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Experience with or willingness to rapidly learn and understand the market segment
• Proficiency in CRM setup, marketing automation, SEO, and analytics
• Excellent communication and independent project management skills
• Understanding of the sales process and digital marketing campaign lifecycle
• Knowledge of Hubspot integrations and data management
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Duties:

• HubSpot Expert and Database Management (Pull, refine, and analyze contact lists in HubSpot).
• Strategic Marketing and Development (Research prospects and create compelling member personas).
• Campaign Optimization and Performance Analysis (Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (emails, invites).
• Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership (Collaborate with CEO and founding team to fine-tune strategies).
• Advanced Outreach and Personalization (Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach efforts).
